This Privacy Policy describes how Live Karaoke LLC (“Live Karaoke,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information in connection with the Live Karaoke Gig™ platform (“Live Karaoke Gig”), our platform used by (i) our events crew — including musicians, technicians, producers, stage assistants, dancers, and other event professionals — and (ii) event attendees who access Live Karaoke Gig in connection with their attendance at a live event.

Live Karaoke LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the operator of Live Karaoke Gig in the United States.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through:

• The Live Karaoke Gig platform, including account registration, crew invitations and gig confirmations, and attendee event access
• SMS and other messaging channels used to communicate with crew and attendees in connection with Live Karaoke Gig
• Any forms, applications, or contact channels linked to your use of Live Karaoke Gig

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the Live Karaoke institutional website or other Live Karaoke products, which are governed by their own separate privacy policy.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use Live Karaoke Gig.

1. Information We Collect

In short: we collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, or that is generated through your use of Live Karaoke Gig. What we collect depends on whether you use Live Karaoke Gig as crew or as an event attendee.

1.1. Information we collect from all users

• Full name, email address, and phone number
• Messages and metadata generated through SMS communications sent through Live Karaoke Gig

1.2. Additional information we collect from crew

• Job title, role, or professional category
• Gig (event booking) invitations, confirmations, availability, and related operational information
• Payment and tax information, including completed W-9 forms (or equivalent foreign tax forms), invoices, and bank or PIX payment details, collected solely for the purpose of compensating crew for services rendered
• Photos, audio, or video captured during events, subject to the separate authorization described in the Live Karaoke Gig Terms for Crew

• Event registration and attendance information
• Photos, audio, or video captured during events, subject to the separate authorization described in the Live Karaoke Gig Terms for Attendees

Some of the information described above — in particular, crew payment and tax information — may be considered sensitive personal information under certain U.S. state privacy laws (see Section 10). We collect this information only to the extent necessary to pay crew members for their services and to comply with applicable tax reporting obligations, and we limit access to it to personnel and service providers who need it for those purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

What follows applies to all users unless a use is marked as specific to crew or attendees.

We process personal information for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Operating and providing access to Live Karaoke Gig (all users)
• Sending you SMS messages related to your use of Live Karaoke Gig (all users; see Section 3)
• Communicating with you regarding our services (all users)
• Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance (all users)
• Managing crew invitations, gig confirmations, and event-related operational communications (crew)
• Paying crew members and complying with related tax obligations (crew)
• Managing attendee registration and participation in events (attendees)

We only process personal information when we have a valid legal basis to do so.

3. SMS Messaging

If you provide your phone number and opt in during registration, you may receive SMS messages related to gig invitations, confirmations, event information, or platform notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS messaging may affect your ability to receive time-sensitive gig or event information through that channel.

Your consent to receive messages is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Image, Voice, Audio, and Video

Photos, audio, and video may be captured during events. If you are an event attendee, this is subject to the authorization in the Live Karaoke Gig Terms for Attendees. If you are crew, this is subject to the authorization in the Live Karaoke Gig Terms for Crew. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle that data once collected; the terms of your authorization to capture it are governed by the applicable Terms document, not by this Policy alone.

5. Sharing of Personal Information

In short: we do not sell personal information.

We may share personal information only in limited situations, such as:

• With trusted service providers acting on our behalf under contractual obligations, including our messaging infrastructure provider
• With Live Karaoke Store™, another product operated by Live Karaoke LLC, solely to deliver promotional gift cards to the email address you provided (governed by Live Karaoke Store’s own Privacy Policy once received)
• In connection with business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition, or restructuring)
• When required by law or to protect legal rights

Live Karaoke LLC has not sold or disclosed personal information for commercial purposes in the preceding 12 months.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies on Live Karaoke Gig to:

• Ensure platform functionality
• Analyze usage and performance
• Improve user experience

You may control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of Live Karaoke Gig.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Payment and tax records (including W-9 forms and invoices) are retained for the period required by applicable U.S. tax and accounting law, which may exceed the retention period applied to other categories of information.

When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Use of Live Karaoke Gig is at your own risk.

9. Children’s Privacy

Live Karaoke Gig is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from them.

If we become aware that data from a minor has been collected, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

10. Your Privacy Rights (United States)

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

• The right to access your data
• The right to request deletion or correction
• The right to opt out of marketing communications

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under California law, including the right to request disclosure of collected information, the right to request deletion, and, with respect to sensitive personal information such as payment and tax details, the right to request that we limit its use to what is necessary to provide Live Karaoke Gig and pay crew members for their services.

Live Karaoke LLC does not sell personal information.

11. Do Not Track Signals

At this time, we do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals due to the lack of an industry standard.

12. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or regulatory changes.

The revised date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of Live Karaoke Gig after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
